MC1400 Automatic Batch Stencil Printer

High Repeat Accuracy (±0.01 mm) The MC1400 is engineered for high-speed, high-precision printing with repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm. A built-in camera system aligns the PCB before every print cycle, ensuring consistent positioning and reliable results across production runs. ±0.01 mm repeat accuracy: delivers precise, consistent results for fine-pitch applications Automatic vision alignment: built-in camera system aligns each PCB before printing AT-Align software: automatically detects fiducials and compensates for PCB offsets Fully automated operation: alignment and printing are handled without operator intervention Reduces Solder Paste Consumption The MC1400 maximizes solder paste efficiency through a dual-squeegee, dual-stroke control system designed to reduce waste and maintain consistent material usage throughout production. Reduced paste waste: dual-squeegee, dual-stroke system optimizes paste usage across each print cycle Efficient print cycles: 15–25 second cycle time supports steady, high-throughput production Controlled material application: consistent squeegee operation helps maintain uniform paste deposition Precision motion system: linear rails and servo-controlled speeds ensure smooth, stable operation Large Print Area The MC1400 is designed to handle a wide range of board sizes, supporting both standard and larger PCB configurations for flexible production needs. Flexible board support: standard 400 × 400 mm (15.75" × 15.75") mounting table with larger 500 × 400 mm (19.68" × 15.75") options available Large stencil compatibility: supports stencil frames up to 700 × 700 mm (27.5" × 27.5") Handles oversized panels: accommodates both standard PCBs and larger panelized designs Production versatility: enables manufacturers to run a wide range of applications without equipment limitations Intuitive Control and Fast Changeover The MC1400 features a Windows-based control system that simplifies operation and allows full programmability of key print parameters. Operators can quickly set up jobs, monitor performance, and maintain consistent production with minimal effort. Full parameter control: easily adjust print speed, stroke length, squeegee pressure, and more through a graphical interface Real-time process visibility: on-screen display shows job status and production details during operation Fast setup and changeover: flexible tooling holders reduce setup time between jobs Versatile PCB support: accommodates tooling pins (included) or vacuum support for edge-to-edge printing
