Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine - 250mm

The Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine - 250mm is designed to form, fill, and seal pillow-style packages quickly and consistently. During the horizontal flow wrapping process, products are placed onto the machine’s flat-chain conveyor and carried toward the sealing head. Heat-sealable film wraps around the product, then the machine seals and cuts the film to create a clean, fitted pillow pack with a strong, consistent seal. This flow wrap packaging machine is a practical option for businesses that need professional-looking packages for individual products. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including energy bars, sponges, ice cream on a stick, cleaning wipes, pastries, desserts, napkins, pre-wrapped plastic cutlery, flea collars, coffee filters, and similar products. Key Features Advanced and intuitive operation: Built to handle difficult products at high speeds while keeping the wrapping process consistent. User-friendly software: Simple controls help make machine setup, navigation, and operation easier. Automatic bag length detection: When packaging film has eye marks, the machine can automatically detect bag length during operation without manual setup. Lower production costs: Helps reduce labor needs, product damage, material inventory, and packaging costs. Food-safe design: Product-contact parts are safe for items meant for human consumption and are easy to sanitize. Flat-chain conveyor: Slightly elevates the product as it moves toward the cutting head, helping reduce contact points and improve sanitation. Versatile film handling: Can operate effectively with or without eye marks on product packaging. Adaptable sealing temperature: Independently controlled sealing temperature helps support different packaging materials. Easy to move: Mounted on wheels with braking casters for mobility and stable placement during use.
