Augusta House Plan

The Augusta house plan, a modern Mediterranean style home, has been designed around an active lifestyle. The emphasis has been put on livability, convenience and utility. All the while not taking our eye off curb appeal and flow. You don’t want to be cooped up inside all the time. Good thing you can cook all your meals out in the outdoor kitchen, then enjoy them in your Solana or covered veranda. Food just tastes better when cooked outside in your built-in grill. Open the retreating glass walls in the dining area, the great room, and the master suite bedroom and the lines between the indoors and the outdoors is blurred beyond recognition. The open floor plan creates a sense of togetherness and intimacy. The centrally located wet bar will make sure everyone is refreshed. And when it comes to storage, the large walk-in pantry can’t be beat. Speaking of storage and closets, the master suite features generous his and hers walk-in closets. And each of the two other bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. There is an amazing amount of features packed into this modest sized house plan, which is ideally suited for narrow lots.
