Audi TTRS MK3 Valved Sport Exhaust System

Audi TTRS (Mk3) Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System 3" T304 Stainless Steel with OEM-Style Electronic Valve Control Overview The five-cylinder soundtrack is iconic—the factory cat-back just keeps it on too short a leash. The Valvetronic Designs Valved Cat-Back for the Mk3 TTRS increases system diameter to 3 inches for significantly improved flow and a sharper, more characterful note without sacrificing daily comfort. At the heart of the design is our rear Y-section: straight-through when valves are open for maximum presence, and routed through a quad-chamber center muffler when closed for quiet, refined cruising. The dream exhaust for Audi’s modern 5-cylinder is here. Why It Works 3" Free-Flow Architecture: Reduces back pressure and unlocks response through the rev range. Dual-Path Rear Y-Section: Straight-through (open) or muffled (closed) for two distinct personalities. System Tuning as a Whole: Designed as a cohesive cat-back for consistent tone and perfect fit. Sound & Control Valves Open: Uninterrupted flow to the tips—crisp, aggressive 5-cylinder character. Valves Closed: Gas passes through the quad-chamber center muffler—significantly reduced volume, highway-friendly. OEM Integration: Uses OEM-style electronically actuated valves; compatible with OEM Audi valve control. Construction & Quality Material: T304 stainless steel throughout. Craftsmanship: Precision TIG welds and fully mandrel-bent tubing. Weight Savings: 14.8 lb lighter than the factory exhaust. Finish & Tips: Premium tips engineered to complement the TTRS rear bumper. Fitment 2017–2020 Audi TTRS (Mk3 / 8S) Installation Notes Direct bolt-on cat-back; no permanent modifications required. 100% reversible—return to stock at any time.
