For example, in needlepoint composite stitching where you are passing through the same hole of the canvas. The thread doesn’t twist; it remains very supple and behaves - unlike other metallics. The secret is the construction of the metallic making a round thread. When stitched this means they lay beautifully on linen or canvas. Available in sizes: 4, 8, 12 and 16 10 meters / spool Recommended for Cross Stitch & Embroidery Softer than other metallic braids, easier to use Made in France For cross stitch application, we recommend the Size 4 Metallic Braid and a Tapestry Size 26 needle.
