Developed by Auburn University, these trees have increased vigor and disease resistance over Santa Rosa plum trees. The fruit is large, red skinned with yellow flesh. Harvest is late June to early July. Best grown in zones 6-8. Self pollinating, but recommended to plant near another plum tree. ******Due to the sensitivity of bare root plums---we will begin shipping them in January through the end of February ONLY!. These trees MUST be planted as soon as possible once they are received.****
