Atosa ATW-16-NG 16-inch Natural Gas Wok Range

Professional-Grade Wok Range for High-Volume Cooking The Atosa ATW-16 Wok Range represents a pinnacle of commercial cooking equipment designed specifically for establishments requiring authentic wok preparation capabilities. This natural gas-powered unit delivers exceptional performance for Asian cuisine specialists, fusion restaurants, and high-volume food service operations seeking reliable, professional-grade equipment. Robust Construction and Durability Built with commercial-grade stainless steel on the front and sides, this wok range withstands the demanding environment of busy kitchen operations. The stainless steel welded wok top provides superior heat distribution and longevity, resisting warping and degradation from continuous high-temperature cooking. The 14.5-inch heavy-duty legs ensure stability and durability, supporting the equipment's substantial weight while maintaining proper clearance for cleaning and maintenance underneath. Powerful Heating Performance With a total output of 110,000 BTU, the ATW-16 generates the intense, consistent heat necessary for authentic wok cooking techniques. The duck burner design creates the concentrated flame pattern essential for proper wok searing, stir-frying, and rapid cooking methods. This power level accommodates high-volume service periods without compromising cooking quality or speed, making it ideal for restaurants handling significant customer throughput. Advanced Burner Technology The anti-clogging burner design prevents common issues associated with wok cooking, where food particles and oils can accumulate. This feature extends equipment lifespan and reduces maintenance downtime. The adjustable valve provides precise flame control, allowing chefs to fine-tune heat intensity for different cooking techniques and ingredients. This level of control is essential for executing complex wok dishes that demand specific temperature management. Practical Dimensions and Workspace The 16-inch opening accommodates standard commercial wok sizes while the overall footprint of 17-7/8 inches wide by 20-3/4 inches deep fits efficiently into most kitchen layouts. The 34-1/8-inch height positions the cooking surface at ergonomic levels for extended use, reducing chef fatigue during service. These dimensions balance cooking capacity with space efficiency, making the unit suitable for both large and moderately-sized kitchen installations. Safety and Compliance Standards This equipment meets rigorous CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certification requirements, ensuring electrical and gas safety standards. The CSA-Sanitation certification confirms that the unit meets strict hygiene and food safety standards required in professional food service environments. These certifications provide assurance that the equipment complies with health codes and safety regulations across North America. Natural Gas Operation The natural gas configuration offers cost-effective operation compared to alternative fuel sources, with consistent fuel availability in most commercial kitchen settings. Natural gas burners provide immediate ignition and responsive heat control, essential for the rapid adjustments required during wok cooking. This fuel choice is preferred by many professional chefs for its reliability and performance characteristics.
