ATS (ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT) - LEVEL II

Jaltest Advanced Technical Support Level 2 (Part #70801005) — ATS Level II Jaltest Advanced Technical Support Level 2 (SKU 70801005) is a yearly add-on subscription that gives Jaltest users direct phone access to US-based, ASE-certified diesel technicians who can walk alongside you through complex repairs — not just read you a knowledge base article, but actually work the job with you. At $995/year, this is the support tier designed for shops that run into advanced diagnostic situations: bi-directional action walkthroughs, dealer-level procedure execution, technical data retrieval and interpretation, and connection troubleshooting that goes beyond what a standard helpdesk provides. An active Jaltest license is required to purchase. What ATS Level 2 Covers Trained professional technicians on call — US-based, ASE-certified diesel technicians, not a call center Performance of advanced actions — Hands-on guidance for dealer-level procedures including calibrations, parameter changes, injector coding, and DPF operations Connection issue resolution — Troubleshooting why Jaltest isn't communicating with a specific vehicle or ECU, working through cable, adapter, and protocol issues Bi-directional action troubleshooting and walkthroughs — Guided execution of active tests, actuator tests, and system commands that require precise sequencing Retrieval and interpretation of technical data — When the data is in Jaltest but you need help understanding what it's telling you, ATS technicians can interpret live data, fault code context, and system parameters Access to technical information beyond the Jaltest software — ATS technicians have access to additional OEM resources beyond what's in the current software version 2 Jaltest Central Services actions included per year — Subscribers receive two Central Services actions at no additional charge (Detroit Diesel ECU programming actions are excluded from this benefit) Vehicle Coverage for ATS Support ATS Level 2 support covers all segments of the Jaltest platform: Commercial Vehicles (CV) — Class 3–8 trucks: Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Mack, Volvo, International, Western Star Off-Highway/Construction (OHW) — CAT, John Deere, Volvo CE, Komatsu, Doosan, Bobcat, and others Material Handling Equipment (MHE) — Hyster, Yale, CAT, Linde, Genie, Jungheinrich, and others Agricultural Equipment (AGV) — John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Kubota, Massey Ferguson, and others Marine — Yamaha, Mercury, Volvo Penta, Yanmar, and others When ATS Level 2 Makes Sense Standard Jaltest tech support handles software questions and basic connectivity. ATS Level 2 is for shops that regularly encounter situations where they need an expert on the line while executing the repair — live phone support with someone who understands what you're looking at on screen. Shops doing dealer-level work on trucks or equipment they don't see every day, independents taking on complex procedures, fleets with maintenance staff who need backup on advanced diagnostics — those are the operations this service is built for. Subscription Requirements Requires an active Jaltest license to purchase One-year subscription — renews annually Available Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm Eastern Time Support accessed via dedicated phone line or through the Jaltest software ticketing interface Includes 2 Jaltest Central Services actions (Detroit Diesel ECU programming excluded) Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
