Atomic Red Carrot

These gorgeous, uniform, reddish-pink roots grow to about 8 inches in length. Unlike other red carrot, Atomic's color is through the core, making it a nice addition to other colored varieties. The color is attributed to the high amounts of lycopene found in this variety. A powerful antioxidant, the lycopene in Atomic Red becomes more bioavailable when cooked. Cooking can also enhance the striking color!
