Atomic BCT Touring Pole

The Atomic BCT Touring Pole is the backcountry pole in Atomic's touring range, specified for skinning and ski mountaineering rather than resort laps. It sells by color rather than by length, which is the tell that it adjusts across a range instead of arriving fixed, so the same pole lengthens for a low-angle skin track and shortens for a steep traverse. A larger powder basket keeps the tip from punching through soft snow where a resort basket would disappear. The grip and strap are sized to work with a glove or a mitt rather than a bare hand. Unisex.
