Atomic Backland 86 UL Alpine Touring Ski

The Atomic Backland 86 UL is your choice for lightweight, high-performance skis. Its advanced construction features feathery low weight, a tight turn radius, and exceptional torsional rigidity, making it ideal for navigating the most challenging ski mountaineering routes. The precise 3-degree side edge bevel delivers outstanding edge grip on icy and hard snow conditions when you need it most! Nevertheless, the Backland 86 UL is not limited to advanced ski mountaineering lines. The Atomic Backland 86 UL is versatile in almost all snowpacks, barring the deepest days of the year. The All-Mountain Rocker and All-Terrain Profile provide versatile performance, adapting to various snow conditions. The HRZN 3D tip incorporates a thin, perforated layer that optimizes floatation while reducing swing weight. It also uses a beveled design to enhance flotation and facilitate smoother turn initiation, while using less material.
