Smooth Sock

Smooth Sock is a smooth, durable, fiber blend that's truly the perfect sock yarn. This springy 4ply light fingering weight base is composed of 75% Superwash Merino wool and 25% nylon.  463yds/100g per skein 75% Superwash Merino 25% Nylon US 1-3 needles = 28-32 stitches per 4 inches for socks, US 4-5 needles = 24-22 stitches per 4 inches for garments (The above are suggestions. Please swatch responsibly!) Due to the nature of small-batch hand dyed yarn, skeins may vary even within the same dye lot. We recommend alternating skeins every two rows to minimize pooling.  To care for your finished knits, please use Eucalan No-Rinse wool wash, and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight.  Each item is one skein unless otherwise stated.
