Athletes Daily Support | Multivitamin

Why Athletes Thrive with Daily Support Athletes are putting out loads of energy but many are finding that they are not able to supply their bodies with consistent foundational nutrients to maximize their fitness lifestyle.  This manifests as slowed recovery, underperformance and difficulty managing life in and out of the gym. Foundational Nutrition We created Athletes Daily Support to meet the energy and recovery demands of an active lifestyle.  To keep athletes performing optimally in life and fitness, supreme efficiency is required.  Athletes Daily Multi provides a fully optimized foundation of necessary vitamins and minerals to meet increased energy demand and daily nutritional needs. Antioxidant Power Beyond the essential vitamins and minerals found in Athletes Daily Support we have added in specific nutrients and phytochemicals to enhance liver detoxification, immune function, cardiovascular function and neurologic/cognitive function.  The Athletes Daily Support is scientifically formulated, based on published peer reviewed research, by our founding physician Dr. Matt Angove, ND to boost mitochondrial energy reserves and recharge cellular energy production.  Athletes Daily Support includes the powerful trio of antioxidants alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-Carnitine and N-acetyl Cysteine to recharge cellular energy production and our primary intracellular antioxidants vitamin E, vitamin C and glutathione.  This is essential for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and busy professionals as these systems can get bogged down with constant physical and emotional stress. Mitochondrial Protection But that is not all, we have also provided green tea extract, broccoli seed extract and resveratrol to guard against mitochondrial degeneration and continually recharge the pathways of energy production. Green Tea polyphenols have demonstrated in studies to have powerful immune supporting, probiotic, and antioxidant properties. They have been found to neutralize free radicals and therefore minimizing oxidative damage throughout the body.  It has also been shown that the polyphenol EGCG in green tea stimulates liver detoxification enzymes, enhancing the liver's detoxification capacity. Broccoli seed extract is loaded with glucoraphanin, which is the precursor to the heavily publicized power phytochemical sulphoraphane.  Sulphoraphane supports detoxification, insulin metabolism and immune response to name a few.  It has also been demonstrated to raise intercellular glutathione levels, creating loads of health opportunity.  Directions Take 2-4 capsules per day away from workouts or as recommended by your health care professional.
