Athlete Starter Kit

A simple 3-tea regimen to enhance your workout and compliment your active lifestyle. 3 servings (one of each tea listed below) per day: Energize, preferably consumed in the morning, prior to a workout or as your morning caffeine-boost. Daily Dose's main ingredient, Matcha green tea, boosts metabolism (helping you burn more calories), is rich in chlorophyll and vitamins, encourages endurance and helps enhance mood and concentration. Start your day with your "daily dose" of Vitamin C, focus and energy. Water soluble! - bring your packet along with you and dissolve in 10-16 oz of water. Strength Blend, best if consumed after a workout or throughout the day, encourages healthy collagen production (which helps slow down the aging process), accelerates muscle recovery, improves endurance and reduces inflammation. Tip: Brew your tea at the time you'd like to enjoy it, or brew it the night before, let cool and then refrigerate to enjoy throughout the next day.  The Chill Pill, designed as your relaxing night cap, this blend sends stress running for the hills. This tea can be enjoyed throughout the day, or for best results and to help encourage a healthy sleep pattern, enjoy warm 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Chill Pill is packed with adaptogen herbs, and when regularly consumed these herbs assist your body in combating cortisol (the stress hormone) with ease and grace.
