Aster Round Emerald Ring in Sterling Silver

A single drop of forest green, ringed in light. The Aster Round Emerald Ring centers a radiant round green stone inside a full halo of bright accents, so the color at its heart appears to float on a bed of sparkle. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with a luminous rhodium finish, this emerald engagement ring pairs the timeless romance of green with a classic halo that makes the center stone read larger, brighter and unmistakably elegant. Round emerald center Full halo setting Solid 925 sterling silver Rhodium finish May birthstone Free velvet gift box A halo built to make green glow The halo is one of the most enduring engagement-ring silhouettes for a reason: the encircling ring of small bright stones catches light from every direction and pushes it inward, so the center appears to blaze. Around a green center, that frame does something special — the cool white sparkle throws the warm green into sharp, jewel-like relief. It is a design that feels refined without being fussy, at home across our emerald engagement rings collection. New to colored center stones? Our complete emerald engagement ring buying guide is the ideal starting point. The round emerald center At the heart of the ring sits a vibrant 7 mm round simulated emerald, roughly 1.4 carats, chosen for its rich, saturated green and clean, glassy clarity — the signature emerald look without the premium of a mined stone. Green has symbolized renewal, growth and love for centuries, which is why it makes such a meaningful proposal choice. To see how the color lives across other pieces, explore our wider emerald jewelry edit, or read our guide to green engagement rings. A halo of bright accents A delicate ring of simulated diamond accents surrounds the center and continues along the band, framing the emerald in a luminous circle of light. It is a bright, budget-friendly way to amplify sparkle and make the center stone look even larger, while keeping the whole design balanced and wearable every day. Solid sterling silver with a rhodium finish The ring is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver and finished with rhodium — the same precious metal used on fine white-gold jewelry. That rhodium layer gives the band a bright, mirror-white luster and adds a protective shield that helps resist tarnish and everyday scratches, keeping the silver looking freshly polished. It is the quiet detail that lets a sterling silver ring wear far above its price. What an emerald symbolizes Emerald has long been the stone of renewal, loyalty and a love that keeps growing — a fitting emblem for a promise you intend to nurture. As the May birthstone, it also makes a heartfelt gift for a spring birthday or an anniversary. Couples who want to carry the color into matching bands can browse our emerald couples rings, and our May birthstone jewelry guide explores the stone's meaning in depth. The center is a vibrant 7 mm round simulated emerald, roughly 1.4 carats, chosen for its rich green color and clean clarity. It gives the classic emerald look at an approachable sterling silver price. What is a halo setting? A halo is a ring of small bright stones encircling the center. It catches extra light, makes the center stone appear larger and adds a luminous frame that emphasizes the green at the heart of the ring. Is there a lab-grown emerald version? This sterling silver ring uses a simulated emerald. If you would prefer a lab-grown emerald, we offer that as an upgrade on our solid-gold ring version. Reach out and we will prepare a quote. What are the accent stones? A halo of bright simulated diamond accents surrounds the center and continues along the band, adding sparkle and making the emerald look even larger. What metal is it made from? Solid 925 sterling silver, finished with rhodium for a bright white luster and extra protection against tarnish and scratches. What does the rhodium finish do? Rhodium is the same precious metal used to finish fine white gold. It gives the silver a mirror-bright shine and adds a protective layer that helps the ring stay looking freshly polished. Is it suitable as an engagement ring? Yes. The halo silhouette and green center make it a romantic, distinctive engagement ring, and it works equally well as a promise ring or a May birthstone piece. How durable is the emerald for daily wear? The center stone sits around 6.5 to 8 on the Mohs scale. With normal care it wears well day to day; avoid hard knocks and remove it for rough activities to keep it pristine. Will it turn my finger green? No. Genuine 925 sterling silver does not discolor skin. The green-finger issue comes from cheap copper alloys, not real sterling silver, which is safe for most skin types. Can the ring be resized? Yes. Sterling silver resizes within reason. Choose your size at checkout, and if the fit is not right, resizing is available and starts from a modest fee. Are the stones ethically sourced? Yes. All of our stones are ethically sourced and conflict-free, so you can wear your ring with complete peace of mind. Is emerald a good gift for May? Yes. Emerald is the May birthstone and a traditional anniversary stone, making this ring a heartfelt gift for a spring birthday or milestone celebration. Does it arrive gift-ready? Every order ships in a free luxury velvet gift box and is backed by our lifetime warranty, ready for a proposal or to give as a keepsake.
