Assos monogramSock_evo8

The Assos A logo is, to utilize an abused term, iconic. It is the basis for the cuff pattern on this monogramSock_evo8. In the early days of the company, you could see the A on pro team shorts that were sponsored by other companies. You saw the logo and knew that the rider with that A on his leg took money out of his own pocket to wear the most comfy shorts around. The A still symbolizes that quality. Only today, with wall-to-wall coverage and reporters taking “spy shots” whenever they can, it’s nearly impossible to find a pro rider sneaking Assos bottoms past his team sponsors. Here, the A pattern highlights a distinctive and high-performing set of hosiery. The weave is thin and airy and stretchy and synthetic, perfect for summer. The cuff is five inches tall, which keeps with the times. The bottoms are colorful to match your kit, or all kits, regardless of the brand. Wear them in style.
