Assertiveness Skills

Kids and teens who are assertive are more likely to maintain healthy relationships. They communicate their opinions and needs with respect. In contrast, being too passive or aggressive creates problems by lowering one’s confidence and making others feel disrespected. We created this poster for young people to learn different assertiveness skills. It teaches tips like sharing their feelings with confidence and using a normal voice when speaking. Encourage them to practice these skills daily! *This item is an instant digital download. A link to download your files will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
