Aspen - House Plan

The Aspen is the ultimate 4 bedroom house for entertaining.  Your front porch offers direct access to three different entries: A private lofted guest bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.  A huge mud room with built-in cubbies and direct access to the laundry room. The grand lofted foyer. Stepping into the foyer with its adjacent coat closets off the laundry room, there is a nice private study space with two storage closets that is perfect for working from home or studying. Beyond opens your massive great room with 13ft lofted ceilings and clerestory windows. This great room has it all; a private library nook next to the fireplace with built in seating and shelving, lots of room for multiple seating groups or dining space and finally a huge modern kitchen. This kitchen has an oversized island that can seat 4-5 comfortably, an adjacent pantry space and a built-in awning bar window that opens up to the stunning rear patio space. The rear patio is well divided between the bar space, and multiple seating and dining areas that offer access to the dual sided outdoor fireplace.  Stepping back inside, to the left of the plan is the huge, luxurious primary bedroom suite. It features a huge bath suite, dual walk-in closets and a sizable lofted bedroom with direct access to the rear patio via French doors. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share access to a Jack & Jill bathroom that's designed to maximize privacy while maintaining a shared washroom. This plan is designed to be used with an optional detached garage facing the house with a motor court between.
