Aspen 12×20

The Largest Aspen Gazebo: Purpose-Built for Swim Spas and Resort-Style Living The Aspen 12×20 is the flagship of the Aspen collection. With enough interior floor space for a full-size swim spa, an 8-foot hot tub with complete lounge seating, or a combination entertainment room with sofa, coffee table, wide-screen TV, and sound system, this is an enclosed gazebo designed for homeowners who want to create a destination in their backyard. The warm terracotta walls and dark brown accents bring the Aspen’s signature West Coast style to the biggest canvas in the lineup. If you own a swim spa — or are planning to buy one — the Aspen 12×20 is purpose-built for that use case. Multiple Westview customers have confirmed that this model is exactly what they needed for year-round swim spa use. One owner described the enclosure as perfect for protecting against rain and cold, adding that during a snowstorm they were thinking how glad they were to be inside rather than outside. That is the kind of real- world performance you are investing in. Ultrawood Composite: Premium Terracotta, Zero Maintenance The Aspen 12×20 is constructed from Ultrawood, a heavy-duty composite material that replicates the warmth, grain, and texture of natural wood while requiring absolutely no maintenance. No staining, no sealing, no sanding, no replacing rotted boards — ever. One customer compared the Ultrawood to Trex composite decking and noted that it will last a lifetime. The terracotta color is engineered into the material itself, which means it does not fade, peel, chip, or require touch-ups over time. The Aspen’s signature rounded corners panels give the 12×20 a distinctive silhouette and allow natural light to enter from additional angles. Combined with the dark brown window and door trim, the overall appearance is warm, refined, and unmistakably premium. Several owners have told us the Aspen 12×20 looks better than anything else they found — including steel buildings, custom-built mini houses, and covered deck additions they had considered. Duraflex Roof and Bonus Sliding Doors The Duraflex PC roof is rated at up to 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load, capacity. or 40 lbs.  with the bracket upgrade. — critical at this larger roof span. A centered skylight provides natural daylight and a view of the night sky. Six sliding lockable windows give you full ventilation and insulation control year-round. The Aspen 12×20 also includes a feature exclusive to the largest Westview models: a bonus set of aluminum sliding doors, in addition to the standard set of two lockable swing French doors. This gives you two separate entry and exit points, which is especially practical for swim spa owners who want one entrance near the spa and another near a seating or changing area. All doors lock securely for full security and hot tub privacy when the space is not in use. Foundation, Permits, and Practical Planning A structure this size requires a properly prepared foundation — If being used for a swim spa or hot tub, a reinforced concrete pad is recommended for supporting the combined weight of the gazebo and a water-filled swim spa or hot tub. Westview’s engineering stamp document is available for customers who need documentation for permit applications or HOA approvals. One customer noted that the entire assembly took about two days. The Aspen 12×20 ships as a pre-assembled panel kit in a large steel-framed crate. Two to three people and a full weekend are recommended for assembly. Detailed instructions and unlimited phone support at 1-800-895- 1972 are included with every order. Optional screen kits for insect-free ventilation, tempered glass for enhanced insulation and safety, and bracket reinforcements for extreme weather regions are available individually or as discounted bundles.
