Aspen 12×16

The Medium sized Terracotta Spa Gazebo for Hot Tub Entertaining The Aspen 12×16 is where the Aspen collection starts to feel like a true outdoor room rather than just an enclosure. With interior space for an 8-foot square hot tub plus a full seating area with sofa, chairs, and a coffee table, this medium sized enclosed spa gazebo gives you enough room to host guests, watch the game on a mounted TV, or simply stretch out and enjoy the warmth of your spa on a cold winter night. The signature terracotta walls and dark brown accents create an inviting, lodge-inspired atmosphere that feels distinctly different from the usual gray and beige gazebos The Aspen 12×16 is the size that Westview customers choose when hot tub entertaining is a priority. The extra length compared to the 12×14 opens up the room enough that two or three people can sit comfortably outside the spa while others soak inside it. That dynamic — some guests in the tub, some relaxing beside it — is what transforms a hot tub enclosure from a shelter into a social space. Ultrawood Construction with West Coast Character Every panel of the Aspen 12×16 is built from Ultrawood composite, a material that delivers the visual warmth and grain detail of natural wood without a single maintenance task. No staining, no sealing, no sanding, no painting. The terracotta color is integrated into the composite material itself, so it holds its character year after year without fading, peeling, or chipping. The Aspen’s rounded corners — are a design signature that distinguishes this collection from every other enclosed gazebo on the market. They soften the visual profile of the structure, allow extra natural light into the interior, and create the impression of more floor space than a standard rectangular enclosure. Paired with the dark brown window frames and door accents, the overall aesthetic is warm, sophisticated, and distinctly West Coast. Duraflex Roof: Rated for Real Weather The Duraflex PC roof is rated at up to 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load, or 40 lbs.  with the bracket upgrade. A skylight fills the interior with natural daylight and provides a view of the night sky during evening soaks. Six sliding lockable aluminum- framed windows give you complete control over ventilation and insulation. Open everything wide in Summer, seal it tight in Winter — the Aspen 12×16 performs as a true four-season outdoor room. One long-time Aspen 12×16 owner shared that two people assembled the gazebo in about five hours, put the roof on the next day, and have used it as an enclosed sitting room with screens and windows ever since. That kind of hands-on feedback from real customers is what makes the Aspen 12×16 one of Westview’s most popular models. Lockable Doors, Flexible Placement, and Multi-Use Design Two lockable aluminum swing French doors can be placed on any side of the structure. The Aspen 12×16 is commonly used as a hot tub room, but customers have also set it up as a large garden office, a home gym, a music studio, and a poolside cabana. The enclosed design with locking windows and doors keeps equipment and furnishings safe and dry in any weather. Assembly and Upgrades Ships as a pre-assembled panel kit.
