Aspen 12×14

The Furnished Spa Retreat: Room for Your Hot Tub and a Place to Relax The Aspen 12×14 is the enclosed hot tub gazebo for homeowners who want more than just protection for their spa — they want a space to enjoy. With enough interior room for an 8-foot square hot tub, entry steps, a small sofa, and a side table, this model gives you a fully furnished four-season spa room with the warm terracotta walls and dark brown accents that make the Aspen collection one of the most visually distinctive enclosed gazebos on the market. The extra width of the 11.5-foot frame compared to the compact 10×14 creates a noticeably more comfortable environment once you step inside. There is real breathing room around the spa, which makes the space feel less like a shelter and more like an outdoor living room. Customers regularly use the Aspen 12×14 as a fitness studio, a recreational room, a backyard dining space, or an all-weather entertaining area — the versatile layout supports a wide range of uses beyond the hot tub itself. Ultrawood Composite with Signature Terracotta Finish The Aspen 12×14 is built from Ultrawood, the same heavy-duty composite material used across every model in the Aspen line. Ultrawood delivers the warmth and grain pattern of natural wood without any ongoing maintenance. There is no staining, sealing, sanding, or repainting required — ever. The terracotta color is engineered directly into the composite, not applied as paint or stain, so it retains its richness without fading, peeling, or chipping over time. The rounded plexi glass corners — an Aspen signature — allow light to enter from additional angles and give the enclosure a softer, more architectural profile than standard rectangular gazebos. Paired with the dark brown window frames and door trim, the overall effect is a maintenance-free spa enclosure that looks like it was designed by an architect, not pulled from a big-box store shelf. Duraflex Roof and All-Season Performance The Duraflex PC roof is rated at up 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load, or 40 lbs.  with the bracket upgrade, capacity. A centered skylight fills the interior with natural light during the day and gives hot tub owners a view of the night sky. Six aluminum- framed sliding windows lock securely and provide complete ventilation control — wide open for summer breezes, fully sealed for winter insulation. Optional tempered glass window upgrades add improved thermal performance, safety, and sound reduction. For homeowners in extreme weather regions, roof bracket reinforcements are available to increase the wind and snow load structural rating. These upgrades can be purchased at the time of your order. Privacy, Security, and Customizable Layout Two lockable aluminum swing French doors can be placed on any side of the structure during assembly. One customer in San Diego asked specifically about positioning the door next to the curved corner panel on the long side — yes, this is possible, and it creates a particularly elegant entry point. When the doors and windows are closed and locked, the Aspen 12×14 becomes a fully secure private hot tub room. The Aspen 12×14 ships in one large steel-framed crate to the nearest freight terminal. Westview also offers residential curbside delivery in most areas. Assembly takes approximately one day for two people. A detailed instruction manual and unlimited toll-free phone support at 1-800-895-1972 are included. Optional screen kits, tempered glass windows, and roof bracket supports can be added individually or bundled at a discounted package price.
