Aspen 12×12

The Square Terracotta Gazebo That Transforms Any Backyard The Aspen 12×12 is a fully enclosed square hot tub gazebo with Westview’s signature terracotta walls and dark brown accents. The symmetrical 12-by-12-foot footprint makes this model exceptionally easy to place: it looks balanced and intentional whether positioned in a corner of your yard, centered on a patio, or built alongside a deck. With enough interior space for an 8-foot hot tub plus entry steps and a small seating area, the Aspen 12×12 delivers protection, privacy, and style in a compact, efficient layout. Westview customers have told us this is the gazebo their neighbors ask about most. The warm terracotta color stands out to comparable gray and brown structures, and the rounded corners — a signature Aspen design element — give the enclosure a softer, more architectural look. The plexi glass corner panels let light pour in from additional angles, creating a brighter interior without sacrificing wall space or structural strength. Ultrawood Composite: The Maintenance-Free Alternative to Wood The Aspen 12×12 wall panels is constructed from Ultrawood, a heavy-duty composite material engineered for permanent outdoor use. Ultrawood replicates the grain and texture of real wood while eliminating every maintenance task that comes with it: no staining, no sealing, no sanding, no repainting, and no replacing boards that have cracked or rotted. The terracotta color is integral to the material, not a surface coating, so it will not peel, chip, or fade over time. For homeowners who have owned cedar gazebos, wooden pergolas, or other natural wood structures, the difference is dramatic. The Aspen 12×12 stays looking fresh and vibrant year after year with nothing more than an occasional rinse with a garden hose. That is the definition of a truly maintenance-free hot tub enclosure.  All-Weather Duraflex Roof with Skylight The Duraflex PC roof is rated at 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load, or 40 lbs.  with the bracket upgrade, capacity, making this hardtop gazebo a smart choice for homeowners in Northern States and mountain regions. A centered skylight allows natural daylight to fill the interior and provides a direct view of the night sky for evening hot tub sessions. Six aluminum-framed sliding windows lock securely and provide complete control over ventilation, temperature, and privacy throughout the year. Customers in snowy areas have specifically praised the Aspen 12×12 for handling winter weather without issue. One owner noted that the roof is very strong and that they did not have to worry during their entire winter season. That kind of real-world confidence is exactly what the Duraflex roof is engineered to deliver. Privacy, Security, and Multi-Use Versatility Two lockable aluminum swing French doors provide the main entrance and can be placed on any side of the structure during assembly. When locked, the entire gazebo becomes a secure, weather-sealed enclosure that protects your hot tub, furniture, and personal items. The Aspen 12×12 is also popular as a personal art studio, garden office, reading retreat, or she-shed — the warm interior creates a cozy atmosphere that customers love spending time in. The Aspen 12×12 can be installed on a concrete pad, a reinforced deck, or pavers. One customer even attached it to their existing deck using the Z & L-bracket anchoring system. Westview offers up to one year of complimentary storage for customers whose pad or site is not yet ready at the time of purchase.
