Askar 151PHQ

Explore the Universe with the Askar 151PHQ Astrograph High-Performance Optics: Featuring a substantial 151mm aperture and a 1057mm focal length at f/7, the 151PHQ is the largest refractor in the Askar lineup, designed to elevate your astrophotography with unmatched clarity and detail. Advanced Lens Design: The 151PHQ boasts a quadruplet lens system including two ED glass elements, expertly reducing chromatic and other aberrations for pristine image quality. Integrated Flatfield Design: Eliminate the need for additional flatteners thanks to the built-in flatfield design, simplifying setup and enhancing the astrograph's ability to capture wide, distortion-free views of the night sky. Medium Frame Imaging: Supports a 60mm image circle with a central RMS radius under 2 microns, ideal for capturing fine details in celestial objects with minimal peripheral star distortion. Robust Mechanical Construction: Comes equipped with a durable, CNC machined tube and a high-quality paint finish, enhancing both the astrograph's durability and aesthetic appeal. Precision Focusing and Rotation: Includes a 3.4" rack and pinion (R&P) focuser with a 360° rotator, providing smooth and accurate focusing adjustments and rotation for optimal framing and focusing of celestial objects. Versatile Imaging Capabilities: Use the included 3" 0.7x flat field reducer to achieve a faster f/4.9 focal ratio and a 740mm focal length, reducing exposure times and broadening your astrophotography options. Convenient Mounting and Accessory Attachment: Features a standard 300mm Losmandy dovetail plate and sturdy double tube rings for secure mounting. The multifunctional handle includes a central slot for an M6 screw, enhancing the versatility for accessory attachments. Designed for Ease: The retractable telescopic lens hood and the enhanced tube ring design facilitate quick and easy setup, making it ideal for both beginners and seasoned astrophotographers. Elegant and Functional: The 151PHQ not only performs well but also looks great with attractive decorative elements and a professional finish, making it a standout addition to any astronomer's gear. The Askar 151PHQ sets new standards for refractive astrographs, offering a perfect combination of high-end performance and user-friendly features for exploring the depths of the universe.   Specifications 151PHQ Aperture size 151mm Focal length 1057mm Focal ratio f/7 Objective lens Quadruplet air-spaced APO (including two ED glass) Image circle 60mm Maximum accessory connection (with the focuser fully retreated) Imaging mode： 78mm（from the base of M48×0.75 male thread） Observing mode ： 119mm （from the end of1.25" eyepiece holder） Total length Observing mode：930.3mm（with the dew shield contracted）1117.8mm（with the dew shield fully stretched） Imaging mode：976.8mm（with the dew shield contracted）1164.3mm（with the dew shield fully stretched） OTA Weight 11.6kg Total Weight (Including tube ring&dovetail plate） 13.7kg Rear-end thread type M86×1-M68×1 M68×1-M54×0.75 M54×0.75-M54×0.75 M54×0.75-M48×0.75（built-in M48×0.75 filter thread） Four-piece photographic end adapter M48×0.75 Standard package items An 151PHQ OTA，a pair of tube rings, a handle, an Askar losmandy 300mm dovetail plate, a set of 4-piece photographic adapters, an aluminum box，a manual Software and Docs 151PHQ User's Manual
