Dog Cancer Supplements: What You Need to Know [MP3]

Supplements: What You Need to Know About Nutritional Supplementation and Dog Cancer Just because supplements are sold in health food stores rather than a pharmacy doesn’t mean they have no affect in the body. They can absolutely have an effect -- and in many other countries, they are regulated as medicines.  In this seminar, Dr. Dressler goes over the (sometimes complex) issues that arise when you give your dog supplements. For example, manufacturers often don’t tell you when NOT to use their supplements! Also, there are always risks for side effects, even with the safest of supplements. Dr. Dressler outlines the best way to approach this topic. This must-listen seminar is a crash course in the mindset you should use when evaluating supplements for your dog. Which supplements are safe and effective enough to consider trying with your dog Which ones to stay away from due to safety, quality, or other concerns Interactions with other supplements Interactions with medications As always, Dr. Dressler answers reader questions in this seminar.
