Ashes Sample

The scent The artist This is a 2 ml spray sample. Find the full bottle here.  While the name may read “Ashes”, your nose will tell you otherwise. Olfactively speaking, it’s not ashes found in an ashtray or left over from a bonfire. It’s freshly cut, clean woods of green cedars (Virginia and Atlas) that make this fragrance a cedar-lovers dream. Imagine standing in a forest where cedar trees have just been cut. Get your nose close to the new cuts of wood shavings; it’s that kind of woody freshness. Toss in some smokiness from the waft of guaiac wood (aka the holy wood of palo santo) burning with the bold spiciness of clove and now you have the complete (and glorious), picture of Ashes, from the Rock & Riot Black Collection by Franck Boclet.   Notes include absinthe, clove, Virginia cedarwood, Atlas cedarwood, guaiac wood, patchouli, amber, musk, and frankincense. Specialist in Black & White, Franck Boclet combines in his creations the timeless references of Rock & Riot fashion with the Traditional world of Luxury. Franck thus offers a capsule on the essential and timeless essentials of the Men's and Women's Wardrobe and niche fragrances.
