Aruba Bay House Plan

Aruba Bay is a luxury, cottage home plan. Creative room placement and an unrestricted floor plan make this 1886 square foot house plan a perfect vacation home. However, Aruba Bay is ultra-livable as a year-round home too. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of space for the whole family. An elevated balcony entryway and varied rooflines greet those who pass by. Yellow siding and cloud white trim give a lot of personality to this charming coastal cottage. Multiple porches, a great room and upper level bedrooms create a thoughtful, open floor plan that invites fresh breezes, gorgeous views and good friends. The elevation of Aruba Bay is enhanced with an island basement foundation. Aruba Bay is packed with functional and aesthetic details like an open concept floor plan and multiple decks and porches. Aruba Bay invites fun, relaxation and memory making. Entertaining is a breeze in a large, airy dining room just steps from the kitchen and great room. An oversized window and glass door connections the inside with the main level's three porches outside. Dinner guests can retire to either the great room's fireplace or enjoy the evening air, just steps away on the nearby porch. At the end of the evening, the master retreat offers a quiet place to relax. A private deck and spa-like bath creates a restful haven. Upstairs, a loft overlooks the great room and connects two guest bedrooms. A full size bathroom is also located on the second level. On the lower level, a large bonus area offers many design options as well as a two-car garage. For different exterior options, please check out our Casa Bella and Wedgewood home plans.
