Artisan Butter Collection

If you can believe it, we love butter almost as much as we love cheese!! Our butter producers take care to use only rich, delicious cream and craft each block by hand. Whether it's gracing a slice of your favorite sourdough or finishing off a dry-aged steak, these butters are sure to turn anything they touch to gold! Collection includes: High Lawn Farm Sweet Cream Butter, 8oz - High Lawn Farm is a third generation Jersey cow dairy located in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. High Lawn’s butter is slow churned in small batches and contains up to 87% butterfat, making it extra smooth, spreadable, decadent and delicious! The bright yellow color of each hand-shaped block comes from the Jersey cream, which naturally has a more golden yellow hue than other breeds of cows’ cream. Ploughgate Creamery Salted Cultured Butter, 8oz - Ploughgate Creamery butter is made from fresh Vermont cream sourced from the Monument Dairy in Weybridge. The cream is cultured for 24 hours before being churned, giving the butter a distinct tangy, nutty, and slightly cheesy flavor. Regalis Black Truffle Butter, 4oz -This decadent truffle butter boasts over 84% butterfat - a gold standard for chefs and civilian butter lovers alike! Regalis Black Truffle Butter is made from the highest quality butter from Wisconsin studded with black truffles from Abruzzo, Italy.  Please note that if any product(s) are out of stock we will substitute with something similar and equally delicious!
