For optimal color retention of reds, please refrigerate. Mix well before use. Flavors included: Passion Fruit Artisan (ART1), Wild Strawberry Artisan (ART6), Pineapple Artisan (ART10), and Espresso Coffee Artisan (ART21). **2 oz Artisan is equivalent to 24 oz Fruit Purée Applications Some of our favorite applications: flavoring cold desserts like ice creams, gelato, sorbets, frozen yogurts, or mousses.
