Art Therapy Workshop 4/3

In this workshop, Board Certified Art Therapist/Licensed Counselor Shazia Siddiqi, MA, LPC, ATR-BC - CEO of Let's Art About It LLC (www.letsartaboutit.com) will guide you through a process of visualizing your hopes and intentions - using a lantern as your canvas.  You will leave with tools that can help you navigate through personal or professional change, renew yourself for the spring, set goals for Ramadan, or simply manifest a positive growth mindset. Each participant will receive a kit including a 4x10 LED lantern and set of 14 acrylic paint markers.  Pre-registration required.  The events will be held at 10 am Sunday April 3rd @ Eli Te a Bar Chicago
