You can easily scent your personal diffuser by adding four to eight drops of your favorite essential oil. The scent may remain for up to six months. How to Use: How to add an essential oil to your inhaler: Remove top cover from reservoir bottle and un screw the cap. If your bottle of essential oil has an orifice reducer, you can simiply invert the bottle over the mouth of the inhaler's resevoir bottle and fill to about 2/3 full. If the essential oil bottle doesn't have an orifice reducer, you can pour directly into the inhaler's reservoir bottle or use a pipette. Insert wick into bottle. You can leave about 3/16” of the wick sticking out of the top of the bottle as there is headroom under the screw-cap. This will make it easier to pull out when you're ready to refill or change. Some thicker oils may soak through however. In that case, simply push wick down flush with top of bottle. Tweezers may be necessary to remove. Changing the essential oil in your inhaler: Remove/open reservoir bottle and remove wick. Rinse reservoir bottle with rubbing alcohol to remove traces of previous essential oil, and load oil as above. Just simply remove the cap, bring the inhaler close to your nose and enjoy the true therapeutic value of your essential oil!
