They are very light weight and porous making them perfect for diffusing your essential oil. * Lava beads are thought to be a grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to Mother Earth. It is thought to gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. * Place one drop of your favorite essential oil to one or more of the lava beads and wait a few minutes for it to absorb, just to make sure it doesn't stain clothes. Your oil should diffuse for at least a day, with most high quality oils lasting up to a week.
