Armstrong UHA Front Wing Only

Introducing the UHA Front Foil: TURN. CONNECT. FLOW. The UHA represents the next chapter in foil progression. A foil that does not just extend your sessions, it transforms them. With a 12.6 aspect ratio, riders experience ultimate glide efficiency, incredibly low stall speed and the intuitive Armstrong turning feel that defines the brand. The UHA turns the ocean into one continuous playground, where every bump, every line and every section becomes part of an unbroken flow. Sizes: UHA 570 UHA 670 UHA 770 UHA 870 UHA 970 UHA 1070 UHA 1270 Key Features 12.6 aspect ratio for ultra efficient glide Incredibly low stall speed Smooth, intuitive turning with signature Armstrong feel Exceptional balance of glide and maneuverability Ideal For Downwind Parawing Light wind Wingsurfing Inclusions Protective Cover (2x) M6 28.5mm 316 Stainless Countersunk Screw (Rainbow Titanium Coating) (2x) M6 19.5mm 316 Stainless Countersunk Screw (Gold Titanium Coating) (1x) M6 8mm Titanium Barrel Nut Built for Real-World Progression This high aspect foil bridges the gap between pure efficiency and intuitive handling. It opens conditions that once felt unrideable. Light wind winging shifts into a flow state. Parawinging becomes accessible and rewarding. Downwind runs extend further with less effort. Instead of fighting to stay on foil, riders are free to explore how far they can glide. Turn, Connect, Flow Transitioning from one energy source to another has never felt smoother. This foil gives riders the ability to open their shoulders, look to the next bump, and feel the foil naturally follow. It's intuitive and responsive - rather than tracking in a locked-in line, the foil carves with purpose and flow. Effortless Transitions Every glide becomes instinctive rather than reactive. The foil maintains efficiency through turns, reducing the need to pump and allowing riders to stay in rhythm with the ocean. Top Tier Construction Foils experience extreme torsional and bending loads, which is why we've crafted the UHA from premium pre-preg Toray high modulus carbon fiber. It results in an ultra- strong, stiff, and lightweight foil that performs exceptionally. When combined with our industry-leading manufacturing quality, the consistency of this material and construction choice makes for the very best in performance and durability. A+ System: Ultimate Modular Assembly The A+ System joins the mast, fuselage, front foil and stabilizer with a hexagonal tapered fit to the front foil, creating an incredibly strong and torsional rigid connection. Paired with premium titanium and stainless-steel hardware, corrosion is minimised, and the finish remains reliable and clean. The entire system is engineered for long term fit, strength and performance.   UHA FRONT FOIL - FAQ’s Does the UHA replace the current HA line? No. The UHA is a new line and will not replace the existing HA series. Is the 72-alloy mast and standard fuse strong enough for the UHA1270 span? Yes, it is compatible. The alloy 72 mast is stiff and handles the load of the UHA1270well. The main trade-offs compared to the Performance masts are weight and dragefficiency rather than strength. If you want to fully optimise the glide, response, and efficiency of the UHA range, thePerformance 725 or 795 masts will provide a more refined feel thanks to their carbonconstruction and optimized section. For the fuselage, the standard setup is structurally suitable. Just ensure correcthardware and proper torque. How do UHA sizes compare to HA sizes? For example, if an 81kg rider likes theHA980 in low wind, which UHA size should they choose? If the rider enjoys the turning performance of the HA980 but wants more efficiency, theUHA 870 is the closest match. If they’re looking for more glide, more lift, and improved performance in lighter wind, the UHA 970 would be the better option. When you say the UHA is good for light to moderate wind conditions, what windspeeds do you mean? And which category is best for strong winds? For the UHA, think light wind down to around 5–6 knots. In stronger winds, the MA series is recommended for more control and playfulness. For advanced wingers, is the UHA recommended over the HA? It depends on the riding style.Advanced riders often prefer:• MA for maximum control when turning and pushing speed• HA for glide with good turning and pumping in softer conditions• UHA for riders prioritising long, efficient glides with minimal effort. What is the recommended stabiliser for a UHA 870 setup (PM865, TC60 fuse) foran advanced 90kg rider winging / downwinding in small swell? For the UHA 870, we recommend pairing it with the Dart stabilisers for the bestbalance of agility, speed, and efficiency.
