Argentine Cross Grill Book Style with Floor Base – Adjustable Asado Parrilla

There’s nothing quite like the ritual of an open-fire asado. This Argentine cross grill brings that experience to life—where fire, patience, and tradition transform every gathering into something unforgettable. The Argentine Cross Grill Book Style with Floor Base is a tribute to one of the most iconic cooking techniques of Patagonia: vertical asado over open fire. Designed for both authenticity and control, this parrilla allows you to recreate the slow, flavorful cooking method that defines Argentine barbecue culture. Crafted from high-resistance carbon steel with a robust 3.2 mm thickness, this grill is built to withstand intense heat while maintaining structural integrity over time. Its distinctive “book-style” design opens and closes to securely hold meats in place, making it ideal for large cuts such as ribs, whole lamb, chicken, or even fish. The adjustable system offers full control over the cooking process. With multiple inclination levels, variable thickness settings, and a 360-degree rotation mechanism, you can fine-tune heat exposure and achieve even cooking from every angle. Mounted on a stable floor base, this grill is designed for outdoor use on various surfaces. It is also detachable, making it practical for transport, storage, and use in different environments—from backyard gatherings to countryside escapes. For Argentines abroad, it’s more than a grill—it’s a way to reconnect with a deeply rooted tradition. For others, it’s an invitation to discover one of the world’s most authentic cooking experiences.
