Trail-Ready Grip with Climbing Versatility A Vibram Megagrip outsole and optimized lug pattern provide traction on rocks, dirt, and mixed terrain during approaches. Slip-On Comfort with Collapsible Heel The redesigned collapsible heel allows you to wear it as a standard shoe or step into it like a camp slipper for quick transitions. Breathable Upper for All-Day Wear An engineered jacquard woven upper and stretch-knit construction increase airflow and comfort during long sessions outdoors. Built for Protection and Durability A molded rubber toe cap and abrasion-resistant materials protect against rocks and rough terrain. Why We Love the Arc'teryx Kragg Shoe: What is the best approach shoe that can handle hiking in, climbing access, and still be comfortable enough to wear around camp or between climbs? The Arc'teryx Kragg Shoe is designed to cover all of those roles, combining trail-ready performance with a relaxed, easy-wear design. We like it because it delivers approach-level grip, breathable comfort, and versatile wearability in one shoe. The Vibram Megagrip outsole gives you confidence on uneven terrain, while the collapsible heel makes it easy to switch into a more relaxed, slip-on mode once you reach the crag. The updated upper improves airflow and durability, making it a strong option for long days outside. For anyone searching for an approach shoe, climbing access shoe, or a comfortable outdoor shoe that transitions from trail to camp, this is a well-rounded, do-it-all option.
