Arcos Nordika 8" Serrated Bread Knife

ARCOS SERIE NORDIKA Knife from the Nórdika series highlighted by its special silk edge, which combines the knowledge of our master cutters with the most innovative technology, to achieve a unique cut characterized by its smoothness and precision, which leaves no one indifferent. Another of its main characteristics are its brass rivets that give the handle an avant-garde design. The Nórdika series benefits from a recazo or upper edge of the blade, with a rounded polish, providing a soft grip on the knife, avoiding friction in the hand. Manufactured entirely in our facilities in Albacete, it has a NITRUM stainless steel blade, an exclusive formula of Arcos nitrogen steel that provides more hardness, greater cutting power and improves the durability of the edge; and an Ovengkol wooden handle, which provides a warm touch in the hand during use.
