Arches National Park is a natural wonder that got its name from the enormous collection of natural arches located throughout the region of Utah. The park offers backpacking opportunities and plenty of day hiking trails that beg to be explored, while extra care should be taken to protect the fragile environment. The iconic natural wonder - Delicate Arch - is one of the most photographed features in the park, and is highlighted in 3D on this coin. On the flip side, the arch and monolith-dotted landscapes are brought to life with the snow-covered mountains in the backdrop. This challenge coin is made with plate brass and has an antique finish that gives it a unique, aged appearance, which enhances the contrast of the design. The various colors are inserted by hand, one at a time, using different-sized syringes, making each coin a personal work of art.
