The wine undergoes a cold soak for 3–5 days, is fermented on skins for up to 25 days, and matures in barrels for 22 months. After a minimum of two years of bottle aging, the wine is released, ensuring its complex character is fully developed. This process reflects the passion of winemaker Pierre Seillan, who harmonizes tradition and innovation to produce a wine of remarkable depth and elegance.
