Arbogast Hula Popper

The legendary Arbogast Hula Popper is as deadly on bass, pike and other gamefish today as it was when it first hit the market more than 60 years ago. The Hula Popper's pulsating skirt makes the difference – even during the pause it moves like something alive – for a killer action that results in vicious topwater strikes. The concave mouth of the Hula Popper produces big, loud “bloops” that gives every big fish within hearing distance a wake-up call they'll never forget Pulsating skirt provides extra water disturbance Cupped lip displaces water with every twitch of the rod tip Perfect for targeting fish around submerged timber, weeds, and grass beds.
