ARB Leaf Spring Shackle (MPN: OMEGS15)

Efficient greasable shackles for enhanced leaf spring performance. The ARB Leaf Spring Shackle is designed to simplify the maintenance of leaf spring bushes through its innovative greasable feature. This product allows for quick and easy lubrication of the shackle pin, significantly reducing friction and operating temperatures, which contributes to the longevity of the bush. Unlike standard shackles, the ARB design enables greasing without the need to remove the springs, making the process efficient and time-saving. Constructed with heat-treated pins and zinc-plated side plates, these shackles are built to withstand heavy loads and harsh off-road conditions. The unique bolt-together assembly eliminates common alignment issues associated with press-fit designs, ensuring a secure fit. Each pin is equipped with two grease outlet holes, providing maximum grease coverage and enhancing ride quality by prolonging the life of the bush. Manufactured in Australia and rigorously tested in extreme conditions, ARB greasable shackles are a reliable choice for off-road enthusiasts seeking durability and performance. This set of two shackles is designed for vehicles requiring no lift and is compatible with a bushing kit for optimal functionality.
