Our Ladies Cable Open Front Irish Cardigan is a timeless Irish-inspired piece, with a modern twist! Beautifully designed with variations of the classic cable and diamond Aran stitches, the cardigan tells a story of Irish heritage. Traditionally knit into the sweaters of Irish fishermen, each stitch has its own unique story - the cable pattern mirrors the ropes used when sailing and represents a wish for safety, whereas the diamond stitch symbolizes a prayer for wealth. Made in Ireland of a pre-washed Merino wool blend, the cardigan is luxuriously soft, incredibly durable, heat-insulating, and breathable. And let's not forget about its moisture-wicking abilities, keeping you dry even on the rainiest of days! Merino wool adjusts to your body temperature, so you can wear it all year round. The cardigan is machine washable thanks to SAOL's revolutionary anti-shrink technology. Say goodbye to complex, fussy wool-washing instructions! The cardigan has a ribbed front, cuffs, collar, and hem, providing extra coziness and trapping the right amount of warmth while offering flexibility. Sounds fantastic, right?
