Arabic Calligraphy Club - Naskh Script

Arabic calligraphy is distinguished by its beautiful, unique patterns. The “Naskh” style of writing is one of the earliest examples of Arabic calligraphy and was used to pen manuscripts of the Holy Qur’an as early as the first century after the Prophet’s migration from Makkah to Madinah. Interestingly, the word “naskh” itself means “writing” or “transcription.” The book includes basic instructions and guidance for learning the fine art of traditional Naskh penmanship. The book begins by training you to draw simple lines and curves, then proceeds to present letters and simple words and sentences that are appropriate to the level of the book.
