Aquamaiden

While listening to and watching the video, Of Water and Mercy, an incredible album by HuDost, I was inspired to create my own interpretation of the video imagery from the song The River Lost. With my deep connection to the springs of north-central Florida and the hauntingly liquid music accompanying me, these two paintings—Aquamaiden and Aquama—came to life. I am deeply thankful to Moksha Sommer and Jemal Wade for their exceptional musical and visual artistry, and especially for their loving friendship. Original Artwork Details: 12" x 16" oil on canvas Sweetwater Picture Framing offers an archival fine art print of this work.
