For the swatch photos, the top of each shade is as powder, the bottom is as cream. To make your shadow into a cream, simply add a drop of water or make your brush damp. We also sell Lavender Botanical Water for this purpose as well, making your cream even better! Only mix enough shadow with liquid that you will use right away, or bacteria will start to grow. Do not add liquid to your entire shadow pot, unless you plan to use it all right away.
