Après Riesling Icewine-Style Wine Kit

Experience the sophistication of our Après Riesling Icewine-Style Wine Kit, crafted to capture the essence of traditional icewine production using naturally frozen grapes. This lusciously sweet wine delivers an exquisite blend of ripe peach, golden honey, bright citrus notes, and subtle marmalade undertones. The specialized process concentrates the grapes' natural sugars and acidity, creating a harmoniously balanced wine with a silky mouthfeel and vibrant fruit-forward character. Aging: Enjoy at its peak within three months, though it develops beautifully with patience if you choose to cellar it. Food Pairings: Ideal for celebrations and dessert courses, it complements creamy cheesecake, artisanal cheese boards with toasted nuts and honey, or transforms into an elegant Icewine Martini with vodka and frozen grape garnish. Serve well-chilled to unlock its full depth of sweetness and layered complexity.  13% ABV.
