Appolia 11 in Slate Square Ceramic Baker

Ceramic cookware is making a comeback in ovens and on tables. Renowned for its resistance to thermal shocks, it is the ideal material for cooking food gently and evenly, synonymous with healthy yet tasty cooking. Made in France, in accordance with the most stringent environmental standards, Peugeot ceramic cookware is available in different sizes and colours. Thanks to the thermal inertia inherent in the dish's high quality materials, Peugeot's Appolia ceramic oven dish is capable of keeping your meals hot for up to 30 minutes after leaving the oven. The high rim improves the capacity of the dish and retains the cooking juices for ensuring that meals lose none of their flavour. The different sizes of square dishes can be nested inside each other to save space and allow for easy storage.
