Tea is A Journey of Water

Join us for a comparative tea tasting and aromatic journey as we explore the essence of water through the diverse landscape of Camelia sinensis. Guided by our senses through the evocative palette of flavor and scent enfolded within the leaves, our sensorial journey will progress through the world of white, green, oolong and black teas.  Across an array of countries, terrain and cultivars, guests will be introduced to a broad and dazzling spectrum of tea and together, we contemplate their rich and varied nuance while tracing the remarkable journey of water from deep, ancient aquifers and terroir, to the celebrated leaf in your cup.
