Apple Crisp Syrup

Apple crisp is one of those desserts that smells like fall before you even taste it — warm apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, the whole cozy package. We bottled that flavor profile so you can stir it into a latte instead of waiting for someone to actually bake. Real cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of molasses build a syrup that tastes like dessert without feeling like one. Stir an ounce into a hot oat milk latte for a coffee-shop-grade apple crisp latte you'd otherwise wait in a long line for. Splash it into bourbon and bitters for an apple-spiced old fashioned. Mix it into matcha for a spiced fall twist. Drizzle it over vanilla ice cream, oatmeal, or French toast for the breakfast version of dessert. A: Our syrups are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months. Q: What's the difference between Apple Crisp and Pumpkin Spice? A: Same fall vibes, different flavor families. Pumpkin Spice is built around real pumpkin puree, ginger, and warming spices — savory-sweet, gourd-forward, classic Thanksgiving. Apple Crisp is built around natural apple flavors, real cinnamon, vanilla, and molasses — sweeter, fruit-forward, dessert-leaning. Pumpkin Spice tastes like Thanksgiving morning; Apple Crisp tastes like apple pie cooling on the windowsill. Both work in coffee, cocktails, and baking — just choose based on whether you want the savory pumpkin character or the sweet apple-and-cinnamon comfort. Q: Can I use Apple Crisp syrup in cooking? A: Definitely. It works beautifully in glazes (especially for ham, pork, or roasted apples), drizzled over French toast or pancakes, swirled into yogurt or oatmeal, or stirred into apple pie filling for an extra layer of cinnamon-vanilla-molasses depth. It's also surprisingly good as a sweetener for hot apple cider or mulled wine — the cinnamon and molasses notes amplify the cider's natural fall character.
