Apple Cider Recipe Kit (Cider House Select)

Incredibly refreshing, light, and crisp this is the traditional hard cider recipe kit! You can expect big apple flavor combined with some tart notes that showcase a true hard cider. 5.2% ABV Kit includes Cider concentrate, yeast, and instructions. 2 lb. of Corn Sugar is needed during the brewing process and is available as an option for you. Depending on whether or not you want carbonated cider you may also choose to add 5 oz. of Priming Sugar to your order. Kit yields 6 gallons of hard cider. A 7.9 Gallon Fermenting Bucket (CB046) is recommended for use with this kit. Our Cider kit pouches contain two separate pouches so please use care when opening.
