NEW! Apple Balsamic Dressing, 500ml

Apple Balsamic Dressing from Acetaia Castelli is an explosion of a mixed sweet and sour apple flavor, made with simple, clean ingredients - wine vinegar, 29% apple juice, concentrated grape must, and natural flavoring. The 4th generation of the Lotti family still produces this delicious product found in the heart of Emilia Romagna. Ideally paired with pork dishes and roasted chicken, it will introduce tremendous flavor on your salad, in yogurt, on pancakes, or added to fruit salad. It also goes well with hard and spicy cheeses or desserts such as gelato.  Fruit-based balsamics are created by blending Acetaia Castelli's "Castelli Balsamic" (always made from the grapes grown in their own vineyards) with real fruit juice. This results in innovative, natural dressings that can elevate the flavor of many dishes. An alternative way to also utilize them is as an ingredient for sauces with a mayonnaise base. Add them to a cocktail for a flavorful non-alcoholic drink! Or, simply add to sparkling water to create a refreshing drink that also works as a digestive, thanks to the acidity of the balsamic. As always, there's no limit to your imagination, so we invite everyone to experiment and create new recipes and pairings, then share them with our community on social media! Mangia bene!
