APOGEE Hitting Mat

The APOGEE Hitting Mat is a professional-grade, high-density turf surface specifically engineered to complement the TruGolf APOGEE launch monitor system. Designed to simulate the tactile feedback of a natural fairway, this mat provides the structural stability and consistent ball response necessary for high-accuracy photometric tracking. Constructed for high-traffic environments, the APOGEE mat features a multi-layer composition that facilitates realistic club-head interaction while protecting both the user’s equipment and the underlying floor surface. Its shock-attenuating base is specifically designed to reduce joint fatigue during repetitive practice sessions. Durability & Material Engineering High-Spec Synthetic Fibers: Engineered to resist "mat drag" and surface thinning under heavy daily use. Realistic Turf Profile: Optimized pile height designed to replicate natural turf resistance for irons, wedges, and woods. Subfloor Protection: Integrated shock-absorbing layer provides a barrier against impact damage for concrete or wood floors. Weather-Resistant: UV-stabilized fibers allow for easy maintenance and long-term aesthetic retention. Simulator Performance & Stability A stable hitting surface is a critical variable for launch monitor precision and data consistency. Non-Slip Foundation: Weighted construction and textured backing prevent the mat from shifting during aggressive swings. Sensor Optimization: Provides a uniform, non-reflective surface that allows overhead sensors to track ball spin and launch without visual interference. Ample Footprint: 5’ x 5’ dimensions provide sufficient space for comfortable stance width and varied ball placement. Ergonomics & Joint Safety Impact Dissipation: Advanced padding system helps absorb kinetic energy at impact, reducing vibration transfer to the wrists and elbows. Stance Stability: Firm enough to prevent "sinking" while maintaining the necessary compression for a realistic feel underfoot. Commercial Build: Rated for both residential simulators and high-volume commercial training facilities. Compatibility & Integration TruGolf Ecosystem: Sized specifically for APOGEE Starter, Signature, and Premium Trim enclosures. Universal Application: While optimized for TruGolf, the mat serves as a high-performance surface for all major launch monitors (SkyTrak, Uneekor, Trackman). Leveling: Standard height profiles allow for seamless integration with most simulator flooring systems.
